Open template.
Draw big head of gimp.
Make copy of that layer.
For copy do Distortion > Ripple effect.
Make mask and colour that from white to black.
Delete gray top.
With brush "Pencil Sketch (16 x 16)" colour background of "2.2".
Select circle on eye of gimp.
Make him bigger.
Drow ring around the circle and do for him Script-Fu > Decor > Add Bevel effect.
Write GIMP 2.2.10 in Middle of the ring and make his transparency very low.
Select white area in bottom and make his transparency low.
On middle of ring drow reflection.
